Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complex models and address business problems using machine learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning techniques.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Communicate analytical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (regression, classification, ensemble methods, deep learning, reinforcement learning).
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
