As a seasoned DDI Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers via phone and ticketing systems.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in Technical Support with at least 2 years of experience in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical issues clearly.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience with DDI solutions, Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows Server environments, and network administration, system administration, or enterprise infrastructure support.

In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams to escalate issues, handle outage calls, and provide continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to peers.
