The Executive Hotel Manager is responsible for leading a hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve revenue goals.

• Provide market analysis and forecasting to support sales efforts and manage costs effectively.
• Train front desk staff on selling techniques and procedures for current promotions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Forecast changes in operating expenses and labor costs to inform annual budget decisions, driving business growth.
• Manage costs by scheduling labor according to staffing guidelines and controlling other expenses based on business demand levels.

• Train staff on guest service procedures and handle difficult situations involving upset guests, promoting a positive brand image.
• Respond to guest complaints and attempt to resolve issues before guests leave the property, enhancing loyalty and retention.

• Recruit, select, train, and manage employees to deliver guest services and quality products, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Administer company policies and procedures for human resources management, payroll administration, and personnel transactions, ensuring compliance.

• Knowledge of computer software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Full knowledge of Opera Full Service.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task, prioritizing as appropriate.
