Senior Banking Manager

Overview of Responsibilities:

The role of a Senior Banking Manager involves overseeing the bank's treasury team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial and banking activities. This entails preparing monthly cash flow statements, managing various bank accounts in India and abroad, as well as reviewing detailed reports on payments and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly projected cash flow statements and working capital management reports.
  • Manage bank accounts in India and abroad.
  • Experience in handling bank loan processes and compliance related to the same.
  • Knowledge in hedging and accounting.
  • Review detailed reports on payments and collections.
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Checking master data for vendors and employees for bank-related information.
  • Analysis and control over GL of Bank, FX, and intercompany transactions.

Qualification and Experience:

  • CA/CA Inter/MBA with 7-10 years of work experience in banking operations.
  • Highly competent and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities with lots of initiative to drive a strong sense of internal process control and keen eye for details and process improvements.
  • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS office apps predominantly MS Excel.
  • Power BI plus work experience in SAP FICO module.
