Geospatial Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Technologist to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our geospatial solutions.

Your technical expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting issues, enhancing usability, and configuring GIS tools.

• Provide technical support for GIS mapping applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, data, and functionality issues
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides, FAQs, and documentation
• Assist in geospatial data acquisition, processing, and integration
• Configure and customize GIS applications, scripts, and workflows

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical support for GIS applications or related software
• Strong understanding of GIS principles, spatial analysis, and mapping concepts
• Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar)
• Familiarity with geospatial data formats (shapefiles, GeoJSON, KML) and coordinate systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
