Job Title: Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Cloud Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps technologies, with expertise in OpenShift Container Platform 4, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, TeamCity, and uDeploy.
  • They should be proficient in building and deploying applications using standard build tools, as well as having a mindset oriented towards observability and supportability.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, TeamCity, and uDeploy.
  2. Manage and optimize containerized applications using OpenShift.
  3. Deploy and manage applications on GCP.
  4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
  5. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
  • Expertise in OpenShift Container Platform 4, GCP, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, TeamCity, and uDeploy.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Java development.
  • Expertise in Angular development.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
  • Strong competency in building and deploying applications using standard build tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack, Splunk, Grafana).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
