Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our engineering team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing functional user interface components using JavaScript (React.js) concepts and frameworks. You'll own all front-end products and platforms, serving 20M+ users/year globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user interface components and implement them following well-known JavaScript (React.js) concepts and workflows.
  • Ensure components and the overall application are robust, easy to maintain, and scalable.
  • Maintain a high standard of UI structuring, layout, and visual experience for users.
  • Coordinate with the rest of the team working on different infrastructure layers.

Technical Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience working with frontend technologies.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tools like ReactJS (mandatory), ES6/ES7, Webpack, Gulp.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML+HTML5, JS, CSS+CSS3.
  • Experience with unit testing in any modern JavaScript libraries (Jest/Mocha/Jasmine).
  • UI Performance: hands-on experience in optimizing page load, rendering, caching.
  • Proficiency with modern frontend development frameworks and libraries, such as Redux, Redux-Saga, and React Router.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

Soft Skills

  • Obsessed with best practices and have an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter with a high level of drive and commitment.
  • High Ownership (taking complete responsibility for the growth via respective channels).
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get-things-done.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • Should have experience in React JS and Redux.
  • Should have hands-on experience in optimizing page load, rendering, caching.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML+HTML5, JS, CSS+CSS3.
