Job Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee all bidding, data management, and administrative activities for PGP/PGPYL.

Main Responsibilities
  • Bidding Process (30%) - To ensure seamless execution of the bidding process at each phase.
  • SAP HER Module (30%) - Responsible for module booking, event creation, and other related tasks.
  • Data Management (25%) - In charge of managing data, including ranking and accreditation information.
  • Support to Other Departmental Activities (15%) - Provide assistance in various departmental activities such as paper viewing, graduation day tasks, registration, invigilation, proctoring, and onboarding process.
KRAs and KPIs
  • Bidding Process - Offer excellent support for readiness of bidding process at each phase and collaborate with the bidding manager.
  • SAP / AA's Survey/Faculty Survey - Program Catalog, Class Schedule, Event Booking, Module Booking, AA's and Faculty Survey.
  • Data Management/ Faculty Contact Hours (9.1 File) - Prepare and maintain faculty contact hours (9.1 file).
  • Case Overlaps and Annual Report - Capture case details of every course and maintain it to identify and flag the case overlaps, collate the supporting data required for Annual report and document the same.
  • Support to Other Departmental Activities - Assist in paper viewing, graduation day-related tasks, registration, invigilation, proctoring, onboarding process of students, admissions team registration, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree
  • MS Office, Co-ordination, Problem Solving Skills, Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Multitasking Ability, Time Management Skills & Attention to Detail
  • 5-6 Years Desirable Experience

This role may require working on weekends and late evenings based on requirements.
