Chief People Officer

The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing core human resources functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll assistance, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support organizational HR strategies.

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
3. Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Handle employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
5. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
6. Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS tools).
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
