Job Title: Senior Interior Design and Project Management Professional

As a seasoned Business Manager of Design and operation, you will oversee the management of helping partners (Franchise Owners) & their teams in sales and design processes, operational communication, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping Partners in sales funnel management to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Managing designing of 12 to 15 projects per month.
  • Leading work output for Partner and Team for 5 Stores.
  • Supporting hiring process for IDs through technical interviews.
  • Training designers for predictable sales and design output.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
  • Collaborating with Category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.
  • Guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners throughout project completion.

Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking a professional with:

  • Architectural or Interior Design degree and post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a Tier I institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction industry.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savvy skills with experience in adopting digital technology initiatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
