Safety Compliance Specialist at IndiGo



As a Safety Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance within our Flight Operations Department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of yearly Audit Plans, which will involve working closely with various departments to identify potential areas for improvement and develop strategies for mitigating risks.



Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of Audit/Surveillance reports, which will require your attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Your role will also involve following up with departments to ensure timely compliance with audit findings and recommendations.



You will be responsible for maintaining records of all audits, inspections, and surveillance activities, as well as updating the hazard log and risk assessment records. Your ability to follow up with departments to ensure timely closure of E-IOSA and follow up on audits, inspections, and surveillance reports by external agencies will also be crucial.



Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of manuals, circulars, and bulletins to ensure that all team members are aware of the latest procedures and guidelines. Your role will also involve performing any other duties assigned by the Chief/Dy Chiefs of Flight Safety from time to time.
