Job Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Manager with 2–6 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering and proposal development process for projects in carbon markets, renewable energy, environmental services, and nature-based solutions initiatives.

  • Prepare and submit tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client requirements.
  • Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to sustainability projects.
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
Requirements
  • Qualification- Relevant degree or certification.
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in tender management in the field of climate change and sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects.
  • Has worked directly on tenders of international organizations such as GIZ, World Bank, ADB, UNDP, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
