As a seasoned project director, you will spearhead high-end interior design and fit-out initiatives across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

About the Role

This role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver projects on time, within parameters, and to world-class quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects from inception to completion with clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders & design teams and ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and industry regulations.
  • Drive full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover and oversee snagging for smooth stakeholder handover.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
  • 8 - 12 years in project management experience with 10+ years in a senior role in interiors/fit-out.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 Certification is desirable but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership & team management skills, proficiency in MS Project / Primavera & AutoCAD, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-handling skills, and in-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.
