Job Title: Environmental Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Environmental Management professional to lead our environmental initiatives across project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management, with at least 15 years of experience in handling safety and environmental issues for large-scale construction projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing effective environmental management systems across project sites
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client expectations
  • Conducting regular risk assessments, audits, and environmental trainings
  • Monitoring contractors' environmental performance and driving continuous improvement
  • Reporting environmental KPIs and supporting management in achieving HSE goals

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) and additional certifications in environmental management (NEBOSH / IOSH / equivalent) preferred. The candidate should also have recent project experience in Data Centers, Hi-tech Buildings, and R&D Centres.
