  • Translate complex requirements into practical engineering-led solutions.
  • Contribute to pilots, delivery and long-term technical roadmap of AI solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience building, training and evaluating AI/ML models with precision and skill.
  • Strong expertise in developing or integrating AI testing tools with accuracy and reliability.
  • Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries with fluency and ease.
  • Experience with cloud computing and knowledge of scaling, training and deployment of AI models with scalability and efficiency.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks with understanding and commitment.
  • Familiarity with explainability and fairness tools with sensitivity and empathy.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with clarity and concision.
  • Intellectual curiosity, self-drive and ambition to grow into a senior technical leadership role with vision and purpose.
