Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and developing engaging designs that communicate our message across various platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in vector design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials. They will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have experience working with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and execute designs that meet our brand standards.

  1. Create high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital and print media, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout all designs.
  2. Develop innovative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design, collaborating with web developers to ensure seamless integration.
  3. Work closely with designers to create visually appealing website designs, incorporating design best practices to ensure user-friendly experiences.
  4. Present and explain creative concepts visually and through PowerPoint presentations, effectively communicating ideas and design decisions to stakeholders.
  5. Develop branding materials, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, editing, and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.), as well as tools like Canva.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in vector design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials.
  • Experience with moodboard creation and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
