Job Description

We enable organizations to build and scale global teams through Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Our full life-cycle services include GCC design, setup and enabling operations.

This role entails components of accounting, governance/compliance, and customer/stakeholder interactions within the Finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a governance process for accurate revenue recognition and contract adherence.
  • Maintain documentation/information for internal management and investor reporting.
  • Set up a month-end close process and record accounting entries/transactions.
  • Ensure timely collections from customers.
  • Manage customer/stakeholder interactions.
  • Generate invoices/credit notes/debit notes based on contractual terms and GST/SEZ rules.
  • Update month-end schedules and reports.
  • Prepare schedules for audit and resolve queries related to vendor management and asset management.
Experience and RequirementsRequirements:
  • MBA Finance or Commerce Graduate with expertise in accounting.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable/Asset Management.
  • Working knowledge of local financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Maturity to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • High degree of ownership.
