Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team at Cemech Lexury Paints. This role will involve driving sales growth in the Adilabad region of Telangana, India.

This is a full-time position that requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the Adilabad region
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and market trends
  • Providing regular reports and updates to the management team
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
