About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Waldent Innovations. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dental professionals, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote Waldent's range of dental materials and equipment.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales management preferably within the dental materials or medical devices industry.
