Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to drive the successful adoption of our product with clients.

The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of this platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with global customers to identify target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption
  • Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently
  • Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers
  • Consult, Ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to customers using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem

Required Expertise:

2 to 6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management and Software Development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, understand the purpose of various customer business and enterprise applications, processes, and user personas

Strong learning appetite to become an expert on Whatfix Products through Certification Programs In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting

Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with an inclination to solve issues, bottlenecks and problems with an analytical mindset

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

PREFERRED SKILLS

Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies

Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage
