Job Title: Netsuite Functional Expert

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned NetSuite professional to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization projects.

You will collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.

Your responsibilities will include managing a team of functional consultants and analysts, providing coaching and oversight, as well as owning NetSuite system design, configuration, and documentation across modules such as Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, CRM, and Projects.

You will also coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, define and enforce NetSuite governance, including change management, release cycles, and system integrity.

In addition, you will oversee and participate in solution architecture, system testing, data migration, and training.

Evaluation and implementation of process improvements, automation, and system integrations are also key aspects of this role.

As the escalation point for NetSuite-related issues and system performance, you will ensure compliance with financial and audit standards through effective system controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with system integrators and third-party tools.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) are highly preferred.
