We are seeking an accomplished Intellectual Property Specialist to manage key IPR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
• Advising clients on IP strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing IP applications, oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.
• Representing clients in IPR litigation and enforcement actions.
• Conducting IP due diligence, freedom to operate (FTO), and infringement analysis.
• Liaising with external counsels and authorities for cross-border IP matters.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members, ensuring knowledge development and quality delivery.
• Staying updated with emerging trends, legal amendments, and case laws related to IPR.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M). Registered Patent Agent is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IP law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex IPR portfolios and high-stakes litigation.
