Senior Backend Developer Opportunity

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems using Core Python.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, Linux/Unix environments, and excellent communication skills for handling client interactions and presentations.

In addition to technical expertise, the Senior Backend Developer will work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to develop meaningful metrics and demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The selected candidate will also have the ability to work independently, learn new technologies effectively, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, Develop, and Maintain Projects: Utilize Core Python to design, develop, and maintain projects with a focus on backend development.
  2. Cloud Technologies and System Administration: Leverage experience with cloud technologies and system administration skills to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Communication and Client Handling: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and presentation.
  4. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  5. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive project success and contribute to leadership discussions.

Requirements:

  • 9-20 years of experience in software development, preferably with Core Python.
  • Strong background in cloud technologies, Linux/Unix environments, and system administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
