  • Cloud Computing and On-Premises Management:

    • Develop strategies for storage, retrieval, and computation scalability in cloud environments.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship:
    • Foster a conducive environment for knowledge sharing and mentorship, elevating team skills and competencies.
    • Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicts.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Evaluate developed algorithms and solutions against quality standards and rigorously test them.
