  • Build scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated in top cities, driving growth.
  • Create performance monitoring metrics by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, and cost per service.
  • Build and lead teams of hub executives and recruiters, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Drive service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing, increasing visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in operations technology and algorithms, staying ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 10-14 years of experience in driving business and last mile operations, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience handling operations P&L, large grey collar teams, and complex ground operations, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with effective communication skills.
