We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Associate in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading core direct tax initiatives, working closely with team managers and articles, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently within the allocated timeframe and budget.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and technical knowledge of provisions under the Income Tax Act, 1961.">
  • S/he will be responsible for preparing and vetting returns of income for corporate and non-corporate assesses, as well as providing advisory services on domestic and international taxation matters.">
  • Drafting submissions for assessment proceedings, transfer pricing proceedings, and compliance notices, and appearing before assessing officers and various authorities.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications and skills are required for this position:

  • ">
  • Possession of a Postgraduate degree (PG) in Chartered Accountancy (CA) from any specialization.">
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to work efficiently with MS Office applications.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.">
  • A strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliances, particularly under the Income Tax Act, 1961.">
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and provide insightful recommendations.">
  • Familiarity with transfer pricing and double taxation avoidance treaties.">
