About the Role:

A key position has opened in our Agritech platform, connecting farmers directly to consumers through multiple frontend apps.

  • An admin React.js web app for farm management
  • A React Native mobile app for delivery drivers
  • A React Native mobile app for end customers

The selected candidate will take ownership of modern products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, architect, and maintain all frontend apps (admin, driver, customer)
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver new features quickly
  • Champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentor junior engineers to uphold development excellence
  • Advocate for best practices in automated testing, accessibility, and usability
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX—quickly prototype and implement technologies for frictionless user journeys

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI)
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
