As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge AI products. Our focus is on transforming AI from demos to indispensable tools that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Intelligent Products: Design and build products that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and recent advancements in foundation models. You will evaluate emerging techniques and integrate them into our production systems.
  • Creating High-Performance Search Systems: Build and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Develop robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs. We adopt a polyglot approach, favoring open-source models like LlamaIndex and LangGraph.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern Python microservices using FastAPI, Ray.IO for distributed AI workloads, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Experience building AI agent stacks, training LLMs, developing RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
  • Familiarity with core technologies like Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm is a plus.
