Job Description

As a People Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team by enabling business transformation, articulating requirements, testing new solutions, and continuously improving existing systems, data, and processes. You'll work closely with operational teams to resolve issues, maintain systems, and deliver real-time analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, including data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution.
  • Act as first-line support for queries, including triaging helpdesk tickets.
  • Provide second-line support for system-related queries from the wider business.
  • Develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of new functionalities across Core HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS.
  • Provide system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support, acting as the primary contact for system queries.
  • Produce and interpret reports and dashboards for people analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable, accurate HR data.
  • Perform regular audits, system updates, and ensure compliance with data policies such as GDPR.
  • Deliver training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to identify gaps, implement improvements, and support system developments.
  • Support strategic initiatives through the system by providing technical expertise and data insights.
