Role: IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team at SSS Placement & Staffing Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.
  2. Analyze and resolve Level 1 tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher levels as required.
  3. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  4. Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  5. Ensure all open tickets are followed up with users and technical team members to meet agreed resolution times.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and a strong ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
