Role: IT Helpdesk Support Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team at SSS Placement & Staffing Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.
- Analyze and resolve Level 1 tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher levels as required.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure all open tickets are followed up with users and technical team members to meet agreed resolution times.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and a strong ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
