Responsibilities:

  • New AI Technology research and development
  • Publishing periodic AI research papers for technical professionals
  • Publishing market-facing AI research papers
  • Experimentation with new AI technologies
  • Democratizing new AI technologies to large data science communities

Leadership and Management:

  • Strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in delivering large-scale AI/ML projects.
  • Program management skills – Team & delivery management, Stakeholder and financial management. Strong proficiency in design, development, maintenance, and support of AI systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation, with expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • AI/ML Delivery: Proven experience in AI model development, deployment, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Data Science & Analytics: Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with cloud services, Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, AI frameworks, and data management (SQL/NoSQL/GraphDB).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Communication or other branches of engineering with relevant skills.
