Fleet Management Limited seeks a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Administrator to lead our cybersecurity efforts, ensuring infrastructure stability and performance across our fleet and shore-based facilities.
About the Role- Strategic leadership of the Cybersecurity function, including review, deployment, and enforcement of cyber-resilience policies to protect operations from evolving threats.
- Oversee routine maintenance, optimisation, and monitoring of IT infrastructure to prevent incidents and support smooth operations.
- Develop system administration policies tailored to maritime operations, ensuring scalable, reliable systems across the fleet and shore-based facilities.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Proven experience as a senior cybersecurity administrator, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and security policies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
