About Cybersecurity and Compliance Solutions

We help businesses mitigate cyber risks through risk assessments, consulting, insurance, and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Cyber Risk Management (CR)

  • Familiarity with EDR/XDR platforms such as Sophos is required.
  • Ability to design and implement policies, rules, and playbooks for threat detection and response is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of incident investigation, remediation, and tuning alerts is essential.

Endpoint Security Management (ESM)

  • Well-versed with MDM/UEM solutions such as Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar is required.
  • Skilled in implementation, policy configuration, and ongoing administration is necessary.
  • Ability to ensure compliance for endpoints across different environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) is essential.

IT Service Management Tool Management

  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management, etc.) is required.
  • Experience in managing incidents, requests, changes, and problem workflows is necessary.
  • Familiarity with integrating ITSM processes with security operations is essential.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards is required.
  • Ability to implement, monitor, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls is necessary.
  • Experience working with audits, gap assessments, and remediation activities is essential.

General Security Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–6 years of relevant industry experience is required.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch management, and security hardening is necessary.
  • Knowledge of network security, access control, and identity management is essential.
  • Exposure to working in SOC environments or coordinating with SOC teams is a plus.
