Strategic Demand/Supply Planning Excellence

We seek a seasoned Demand/Supply Planner to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution across the globe.

This pivotal role is instrumental in our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure demand plans align with strategic business goals.

  • Develop and maintain robust demand forecasts leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings, fostering consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize supply and demand.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Utilize ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to create data-driven, actionable plans.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones.
