As a key project facilitator, you will oversee the coordination of installation activities to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.

  • Develop and implement effective team planning strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with project stakeholders and teams to drive collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) while ensuring adherence to organizational quality policies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to execute projects efficiently.
  • Promote clear and concise written and verbal English skills.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints through phone and email correspondence.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to organizational systems and processes.
  • Provide support in negotiations with vendors and facilitate coordination efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualification | Minimum 15 years of academic experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management
  • Multilingual - proficiency in English, Hindi and local language required
  • Previous experience in team handling and leadership
  • Ability to work on multi-discipline projects
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Basic MS Office skills, with expertise in Excel
  • Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Highly transparent and ethical practices
  • Residential and modular experience advantageous
