Key Performance Leader for Container Maintenance Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the development and implementation of efficient container maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics operations, automation, and cost optimization.

The role entails:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end container maintenance processes across GP, Reefers, and ISO tanks
  • Developing automation strategies using IoT, AI-powered estimation tools, and cloud-based platforms
  • Implementing real-time dashboards, RFID/barcode workflows, and predictive maintenance protocols
  • Standardizing repair procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
  • Evaluating and optimizing M&R facility operations (greenfield and brownfield projects)

About the Ideal Candidate

  • 20+ years of experience in container logistics and maintenance
  • Proven track record of setting up maintenance systems and teams from scratch
  • Hands-on expertise in digital tools (Containerchain, custom ERP modules, Power BI)
  • Strong background in cost optimization and efficiency improvement
  • Deep knowledge of industry safety and compliance standards
