About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java and Angular Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of end-to-end web applications using Angular and Java. You will work closely with our development team and product managers/owners to ideate suitable solutions and provide technical support during the development process.

Your responsibilities will include delivering stories/sprints on time, building modular and reusable components and libraries, performance review & tuning to create scalable and highly performance-oriented applications, troubleshooting and enhancements, and development delivery to meet client requirements as per schedule and quality processes with reusability of libraries and components.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on development experience in Angular 2+, Core Java, and Spring Boot Microservices. Additionally, exposure and hands-on experience in various technologies like Java, J2EE, JSP, jQuery, JS, React, Node, Thymeleaf, Stencil, etc., are required. Good knowledge of web technologies fundamentals - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and XML, along with working knowledge of code versioning tools like git and svn, is also necessary.

A proven experience of working in fully Agile teams/environment and knowledge with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) are mandatory. Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, Fortify, Git, Jenkins, and Maven is also required.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be a team player.
