Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Façade Access Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Façade Engineering group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and design expertise on challenging single or multi-disciplinary projects.

Your primary focus will be on façade access systems integration into projects, ensuring optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while following best health and safety practices.

  • Liaise with the wider design team to advise on façade access systems integration.
  • Lead designs to achieve optimal results.
  • Prepare façade access strategy reports at key design stages.
  • Develop Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for façade access and façade replacement systems.
  • Review contractor drawings and inspect site during construction to ensure spec compliance, design intent, and relevant legislation.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience working with façade access systems in consultancy or contractor roles.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of façade access systems, performance, operation, current engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background.
  • Competent in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.
