High-Quality Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to ensure the highest level of quality in our services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their quality requirements and expectations.
- Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with operations managers and team leaders to implement solutions.
- Investigate errors, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver coaching sessions to enhance employee performance and minimize errors.
- Contribute to the development of training programs to address common mistakes and improve overall quality.
- Familiarize new clients and processes by thoroughly testing files and batches.
- Generate daily QA reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Achieve internal and external service-level agreements (SLAs) as defined in our processes.
- Exceed inspection efficiency, calibration, knowledge, and skills scores, as well as inspection productivity rates and other relevant metrics.
This role requires a graduate degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in US healthcare (RCM) in service lines such as coding, AR, billing, or client and stakeholder management. A solid understanding of quality matrices and tools is also essential.
