Job Title: Strategic Operations Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Operations Lead to support business management activities and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings, including risk and compliance assessments, quarterly performance reviews, and board presentations.
  • Support the preparation of CEO town hall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale.
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Prepare engaging presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership consumption.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
