Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the smooth migration of business data from legacy systems to modern platforms. This entails collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement efficient data mapping strategies, ensuring that data is accurately cleansed, transformed, and loaded into target systems.

Key objectives include achieving high-quality data migration within agreed-upon timelines, resolving any major issues related to data quality, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology. Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills being desirable.

Experience of at least 5 years in data migration projects, particularly in ERP implementation, is highly valued. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in stakeholder management are also required.

A strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, this individual must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet project deadlines.
