Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns and providing critical financial insights to management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and interpret financial data. A deep understanding of accounting principles, including GST compliance and general ledger reconciliation, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Financial Operations: Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, reconcile financial data, and manage large datasets.
- Provide Critical Insights: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate complex financial information to internal departments, external auditors, and tax authorities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is highly preferred.
- Proven Experience: In a similar role with a strong focus on GST, direct, and indirect taxation.
- Expert Knowledge: Of GST laws, regulations, and filing procedures.
- Demonstrated Skills: In tax and GL reconciliation, data analysis, and problem-solving.
