Workflow Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workflow Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing workflow automation solutions to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, and Test Workflow Solutions: Design, develop, and test workflow automation solutions, including case management and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflow automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflow automation solutions.
- Stay Up-to-Date with New Technologies: Stay up-to-date with new workflow automation features and releases.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and other developers.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in workflow automation development, with a focus on case management and integration.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of workflow automation, including its architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Programming Languages: Experience with programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, and Groovy.
- Software Development Life Cycle: Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
