About this role :

We are seeking a skilled Storage Administrator to manage our NetApp storage systems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in storage infrastructure, with strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex storage environments.

This is a critical position requiring immediate availability and proactive mindset in managing high-availability infrastructures.

  • Administer and support NetApp storage systems with focus on SAN and NAS infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot critical storage events and implement effective resolutions promptly
  • Configure and manage zoning, LUN provisioning, and fabric connectivity
  • Maintain and monitor storage systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
  • Create and maintain documentation for storage processes, configurations, and architecture
  • Generate reports and conduct regular audits of the storage environment
  • Work closely with system administrators for seamless integration across AIX, Linux, and Windows platforms
  • Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and storage health monitoring

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-grade NetApp storage systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in resolving storage-related incidents
  • Proficient in handling SAN & NAS configurations, zoning, and Fibre Channel technologies
  • Experience working with operating systems including AIX, Linux, and Windows
  • Familiarity with storage monitoring tools and scripting for automation is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Must be based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
