About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (Performance) to ensure software systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient. You will design and execute performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, execute, and analyze load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner to optimize system performance.
  • Develop and integrate automated performance tests within CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
  • Utilize tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar to monitor system performance and diagnose performance issues.
  • Work closely with development, QE, and DevOps teams to define performance requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously enhance performance testing methodologies and stay updated on emerging tools and trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance testing and optimization.

Skills, Qualifications & Ability

  • Strong expertise in JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, and API performance testing.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Java, Python, Bash) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration, system tuning, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
