Senior AI Trainer Position

We are seeking an experienced trainer to lead a classroom and practical training program on GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted coding best practices. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-quality training sessions that cater to the needs of our developers.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver weekly sessions blending theory, live demos, and hands-on labs to ensure participants gain in-depth knowledge of AI-driven code generation.
  • Guide developers from basic Copilot usage to advanced enterprise integration, highlighting the benefits and challenges of implementing AI-powered coding tools.
  • Prepare course materials and create real-world coding exercises that demonstrate the application of AI concepts in software development.
  • Mentor participants on effective prompt design, emphasizing the importance of clear and concise communication in AI-assisted coding.
  • Demonstrate GitHub repository workflows and CI/CD automation with AI assistance, showcasing the potential of AI-powered tools in streamlining software development processes.
  • Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, highlighting the critical role of security in AI-powered software development.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD pipelines, with a deep understanding of AI-driven code generation.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring skills, and a passion for technology adoption, with prior experience in leading training programs or similar roles highly desirable.
