Job Title: Digital Transformation Assistant

We Are Embarking on a Digital Transformation Journey

In this pivotal role, you will play a vital part in driving our digital transformation agenda. This involves leveraging new technologies and innovations to enhance our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore New Technologies and recommend practical applications for various departments. Investigate AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support Implementation of new systems by conducting pilot tests, gathering feedback, and providing user support. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop Digital Content like short videos, tutorials, and guides to support our Digital Training Academy. Create engaging learning materials that cater to diverse needs and skill levels.
  • Document Solutions and share knowledge within the organization to facilitate adoption of new tools and technologies. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Assist IT with Troubleshooting and provide technical support when required. Serve as a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • Monitor Licenses and Costs for digital tools and identify areas for efficiency improvements. Provide valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR and the Training Team to identify critical digital skills and develop relevant training resources. Contribute to the development of a skilled and adaptable workforce.
  • Contribute to Technology-Focused Projects as part of our transformation journey. Provide input and expertise to drive innovation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field is desirable. Graduates with strong potential will be considered.
  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier) is essential.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt or equivalent) is necessary.
  • Digital content creation skills are crucial: ability to create engaging training videos, tutorials, and digital learning material using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with resilience and a sense of urgency to find practical effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies, able to conduct basic analyses as regards what will add value.
  • Quick learner.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) to explain technical ideas simply and clearly.
  • Sound administrative skills to track exploration, learning, roll-outs, and licenses.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.
