Procurement Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to take on the role of supporting our organization's Workday P2P implementation.

This position involves providing expert-level support for configuring and maintaining Workday Procurement processes, including Supplier Management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday EIB and experience with system administration tasks such as managing user roles, access controls, and permissions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Workday Procurement modules
  • Perform system administration tasks, including user role management, access control, and permission setup
  • Create and maintain integrations using Workday EIB and provide integration troubleshooting support
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Workday functional and technical issues, offering Tier 2 and Tier 3 support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Management, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
  • Design and develop custom dashboards and reports to support business operations
  • Contribute to system enhancement initiatives and process optimization projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Workday techno-functional experience with a strong focus on Procurement (P2P)
  • Experience configuring and supporting Workday Procurement processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday EIB for integrations
  • Expertise in managing Workday roles, user security, and access controls
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in custom reporting and dashboard creation
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across both functional and technical areas

Key performance indicators will be used to measure success in this role. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our Workday system and help drive process improvements throughout the organization.
