Leading Edge VLSI Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior VLSI Design Engineer to lead our design team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for architecting and developing complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop complex SoCs using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and VHDL
- Define and implement high-performance compute or control-intensive SoC subsystems
- Develop interfaces and protocols such as AMBA, PCIe, DDR, USB, MIPI, I2C/SPI, Ethernet, etc.
- Utilize EDA tools such as Synopsys/Cadence/Siemens front-end tools (Design Compiler, Spyglass, VCS, Incisive, etc.)
- Implement power-aware design techniques such as clock gating, multi-Vt, UPF/CPF based design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, VLSI, or equivalent from a reputed institute
- 8+ years of experience in VLSI Frontend & RTL Design, with at least one complete end-to-end SoC development ownership
- Strong knowledge of micro-architecture design, interface & protocol knowledge, and EDA tools
- Experience with AI/ML accelerators, Automotive/ADAS SoCs, or high-speed SerDes
- Familiarity with firmware/embedded software and driver bring-up
