Job Title: Chief Financial Officer for a Leading Hospitality Organization
We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial aspects of our esteemed hospitality organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel accounting, possessing a deep understanding of financial software and a proven track record of effectively managing daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounts department, ensuring seamless financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, including accounts payable and receivable management, cash receipts and payments, general ledger maintenance, revenue and expense variance analysis, and accounting compliances.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing insightful reports to inform business decisions.
- Lead audit coordination and completion, implementing improvements to systems and procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent courses.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel accounting, with a strong background in financial management and software proficiency.
